Meet the Team : Deb

WHO - Deb Fallman

TITLE - Surgery Coordinator for Luke Shellenberger, M.D. and Jonathan Wu, M. D

HOMETOWN - born in El Paso, raised in Denton, TX

WHEN - with CTENT since January 2018

I’ve been working in ENT for over 30 years in some capacity.  I have learned so much with each practice and doctor.  It is a challenge to meet the needs of the doctor and the patient, but it is so gratifying once it all comes together.

I took a break in 2015 to work at my church as the Director of Evangelism.  I loved doing this and I felt it was my calling.  I learned so much about witnessing and living my faith.

Circumstances lead me back to ENT and I am utilizing my beliefs and faith to help my patients. I love to read and have a goal to read 20 books this year!  Only eight more to go!

I do like to exercise but it is a challenge to make it a priority.

I have a cat and a dog, who actually get along!  They are loads of fun.

I was married in August to a terrific guy.  I have one son, three grandchildren, three step-children and two daughters-in-law.  My dad and stepmom live in Arlington and my mom lives in Chandler, Texas.  I lost my brother to pancreatic cancer in 2016.  It was the hardest time in my life and I miss him every day.  I do believe I will see him again and that gives me hope.  I like to live by the golden rule in that I try to treat people as I want to be treated.  I believe in seeing the best in people.  I am grateful for the many blessings I have.
