Diet and hearing
Did you know that diet can play a role in hearing loss and tinnitus (ringing of the ears)?
Well, at least one research study in the UK showed some correlation between diet and ear health. You can link to the abstract from that study here.
In short, things that are good for your hearing: vitamin B12, high protein diets, and eating fruits, veggies and meats (yay!). Bad: calcium, iron, and fat. I'm having steak tonight...for my health, of course!
